Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gem of a human and very skilled at acquiring properties. Wouldn't bother with going through the process of buying a property myself anymore. I highly recommend Zach's services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was the selling agent on a property that Zach and the team at Hristo recently purchased for their client. It was a competitive campaign with multiple offers, and they still managed to get their client across the line. Zach was great to deal with throughout, always quick to respond and clear with his communication. It’s obvious they know the market and the process well. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a buyers agent.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Couldn’t recommend Hristo Property enough! They made the experience of purchasing a home so much less stressful and were supportive, professional and reliable throughout the entire process.
They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and managed to find us exactly what we wanted within the timeframe we needed. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and manageable. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We engaged Zach as our buyers agent based upon a referral from our broker. Zach delivered, and delivered massively. We purchased a development site 100k less than the comparable sales of the week before! Exceptional service and definitely someone you want in your corner.
